Book my Laundry is worst laundry service provider.Not recommended for future.Pathetic Service.YAHAN SE KAPDE DHULWANE KE BAAD APKO APNE KPDE FAKENE PADENGEFull story belowI gave my clothes for laundry wash and they returned my light colour clothes with pink colour patches.They ruined my Two shirts And one Lower.When I complained they said we will correct it Please give us some time, then they kept my shirt for a month,as every time I asked they used to say give us some time.Then after a month they said Shirt is good to take awayWhen I reached shop to take shirt my shirt colour was changed from peach yellow they bleached it and ruined my shirt.Then I said this is not the original colour of shirt then they said okay may be they did it wrongly.I request please do not give clothes for laundry to this service providerMy one shirt of Jack and Jones,One of Allen Solly is no more in wearable condition.When I said compensate me then they showed their policy that we cannot compensate full value of clothes only service cost will be paid which is nothing to total cost of 6000of two shirts that they ruinedRequest everyone not to give them Clothes for any laundry
I am very disappointed with your service. I sent my clothes for wash and fold, and the return was not acceptable. After I complained, you are blaming me, saying that my clothes were torn. You should have informed me if my clothes were in such condition.
